What we need :

• 7+ years in customer success, account management, or related field, with a focus on enterprise customers.
• Experience in IT, Procurement, or SaaS space, working with cross-functional teams on cloud-based software purchasing, deployment, and/or management.
• Proven aptitude to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Past experience working for an early stage startup is an added advantage. 
• Impeccable communication to articulate intricate concepts as well as tactfully and effectively assist, convince and delight diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our Marketing tech stack to help the team execute, track, and optimize on a wide range of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, advertising, and events.
• Be on the lookout for the best tools and platforms in the market which would help the company in streamlining their Sales and Marketing processes. 
• Proven aptitude to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the marketing team on product launches and field marketing initiatives . 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Past experience working for an early stage startup is an added advantage . 
• Impeccable communication to articulate intricate concepts as well as tactfully and effectively assist, convince and delight diverse stakeholders .
